Thank you for your interest in EBN Generators from EMS Hydrogen. Hydrogen generators are the latest greatest product for splitting water into its basic components; Two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. I believe in EBN and their products to further our expansion for alternative fuels. Hydrogen generators are being Installed in all areas to greatly increase fuel economy, reduce emissions, and mostly to break away from that polluting oil. For those out there that want to save this earth we call home, hydrogen is a zero emission fuel. That means the hydrogen and oxygen that is burnt turns back into water vapor (H2O). The EBN dry cells make this possible for any one that wants to change the world one person, one generator, one engine at a time. Both end plates are made of high density 1/2" PVC to resist flexing and heat produced by the cell. One is blank with holes for the bolt pattern and the other has two 1/4" tapped holes for the barbed inlet and outlet fittings along with the EBN logo sticker. The Construction Of The EBN Dry Cells The 316 stainless steel plates are the best material that will withstand the corrosive nature of the cell electrolyte. Both the 6" and the 8" are 20 gauge SS, pre drilled and ready for installation. Neoprene gaskets separate the plates and create a void to contain electrolyte for the electrolysis process. The gasket sets in both kits are .0625" thick for optimum efficiency. |
